With a location right next to Park City Mountain Base Area and home to the Quicksilver Gondola, the best ski runs in Utah have now become the largest ski resort in the United States! Being steps away makes our condo an ideal home base. Even better, it welcomes you back from a day of adventure with a heated pool, hot tub and sauna for year round fun and relaxation!

THE LOCATION

Our condo is central to all the attractions of Park City…and a car is optional! A bus headed to downtown leaves right from your doorstep—you’ll be there in 5 minutes. Park City Mountain Resort is just a 3 minute walk away to the slopes!

Besides being 300-400 yards from First Time Chair Lift and the Legacy Lodge Base area of Park City Mountain, you’re a 4-minute walk from Norwegian food at The Viking Yurt (yes, it is really a yurt, reached by sleigh ride up the mountain), or try some upscale American at Sammy’s Bistro, a 3-minute drive or short bus ride away.

If you’re in Park City for Sundance, you can attend like a pro. You’re within a 10-minute bus ride of most festival venues. No need to fret over the lack of festival parking!

INSIDE THE CONDO

The main living space, with seating, dining, and kitchen areas, is both comfortable and elegant. Relax in the leather club chair or the couch by the gas fireplace while you watch TV on the flat screen. The living space opens on to a private balcony with seating for 2: the perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

The fully equipped kitchen is just as elegant. With granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a kitchen bar that seats 3, it’s a great gathering spot and ready for any culinary task. The dining table has room for 4.

The master suite boasts a king-size bed with pillow top mattress (we challenge you not to spend a late morning in this luxurious bed), flat screen TV, and dry bar. In the ensuite master bath, you’ll find a bath/tub combo and granite sink.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed. Guests use the main bathroom, with a spa-like tile shower.

Want to accommodate 2 more? There’s a pullout couch in the living area.

Your stay also includes access to the community hot tub, located in the courtyard. Ideal after long days spent on the slopes (or working on your film at the Directors’ Lab).
